Abstract

The library is a place used to collect, store, manage, and organize a collection of library materials systematically. In its role, universities must provide the best service in the field of information technology so that student satisfaction is met. One of the technologies applied to libraries, such as at the Telkom Institute of Technology Purwekerto (ITTP) campus, is a website. This study aims to apply a method to measure the quality of the library website. The goal is to produce a website quality value based on user satisfaction as a recommendation for sustainable website development. The measurement of website quality in this study uses the WebQual 4.0 method. This method is the result of the development of the ServQual method which is often used before in measuring service quality. The assessment dimensions used are usability quality, information quality, and interaction quality. The results of this study indicate that the level of website quality is in the high category. The use quality dimension scored 0.78%, the information quality dimension scored 0.79%, and the interaction quality dimension scored 0.78%. Based on the results of this study, the library can improve the three variables by updating website features, providing information regularly, and adding a live chat column according to user needs.
