Abstract

PT Kereta Api Indonesia (KAI) is a State-Owned Enterprise that regulates and manages railroad transportation services in Indonesia. PT KAI focused on becoming the best railroad service provider by meeting stakeholder's expectations. In its development, PT KAI launched the KAI Access Application in 2014.
