Abstract

Cases of covid-19 virus infection that are still endemic can be prevented in a simple way, namely by four ways to prevent the covid-19 virus by washing hands, do not touch public places, avoid crowds and diligently clean the house. Preventive measures are needed a tool such as automatic hand sanitizer using IoT-based ultrasonic sensors to reduce touch with objects to avoid the Covid-19 virus. Create a tool that can help people reduce the rate of spread of the virus through direct contact, namely Hand Sanitizer automatically based on the internet of things. The prototype method is an approach method to build a program quickly and gradually so that it can be evaluated by the user, with stages: needs collection and repair, rapid design, forming prototypes, customer evaluation of prototypes, prototype repairs and engineering products. Hc-SR04 Ultrasonic Sensor testing is a sensor that can measure distance or height from 2-400 cm. This sensor receives voltage inputs ranging from 1-5 V. Servo Motor Suppression testing, 400 millisecond lag delay testing, 600 milliseconds, 800 milliseconds and 1000 milliseconds, and distances of 2-9 Cm. Water Level Sensor testing of each sensor is level 1, level 2. In the overall test the tool is obtained 2 tests and ultarsic sensor distance of 9 cm at an angle of 45º, 10 cm inactivity then servo to an angle of 120º. So that it is obtained Konidisi Sensor Water level Low and High. After testing all components, the tool runs well according to its function. Keywords: Covid-19; IoT; Ultrasonic Sensors
