Abstract

Indonesia has a high level of potential for natural disasters that can cause damage to infrastructure, on one side, namely communication. Communication is very important in times of natural disasters which cause communication to be hampered. One solution to dealing with this problem is by building Ad-Hoc Network technology (MANET) for communication media. By building alternative communication based on VoIP on raspberry pi. The protocol used in VoIP (Voice Over Internet Protocol) based communication using raspberry pi is the SOLSR (Secure Optimized Link State Routing) protocol. The VoIP working system is voice passing over the internet network. In the VoIP system workflow occurs 2 connected components, the VoIP server and the VoIP client. VoIP server as the center, and VoIP client as user. For the test scenario, in order to know the MANET performance on VoIP using raspberry pi using 2 test scenarios. Namely the full connected test (where all the nodes on the MANET are directly connected to each other) and partially connected (where all the nodes on the MANET are connected to each other but there is one node to be an intermediary or burden in communication). QoS testing to determine the performance of the VoIP protocol using SOLSR. The test scenario is done by measuring throughput, packet loss, jitter and delay. For the results of the throughput on the 2 node test (full connected), it has a value of (3,74 bps), (3,75 bps) and (3,68 bps). In testing 3 nodes (partial connected) has a value of (3,74 bps), (3,72 bps) and (3,54 bps). From the results of the throughput measurement, it can be concluded that it is classified as bad according to the TIPHON standard. For the results of the packet loss value on the 2 node test (full connected) has a value of (0,038%), (0%), and (0,35%). In testing 3 nodes (partially connected) has a value of (0,10%), (0,27%), and (1,38%). From the results of the packet loss measurement, it can be concluded that it is classified as very good according to the TIPHON standard. For the results of the jitter value on the 2 node test (full connected) has a value of (2,09 ms), (2,09 ms), and (4,08 ms). In testing 3 nodes (partially connected) has a value of (1,56 ms), (5,43 ms), and (19,79 ms). From the results of the jitter measurement, it can be concluded that it is classified as good according to the TIPHON standard. For the delay value on the 2 node test (full connected) has a value of (19,27 ms), (10,46 ms) and (6,06 ms). In testing 3 nodes (partially connected) has a value of (30,73 ms), (18,28 ms) and (20,26 ms). From the results of the delay measurement, it can be concluded that it is classified as very good according to the TIPHON standard. Keywords : SOLSR, VOIP, Raspberry Pi, Infrastructure, QoS
