Abstract

Assessment of a website is an effort to evaluate the performance of a website. As a result, the website owner can also provide services to users in accordance with the main objectives of the website. However, it is not easy to measure the performance of a website, because most website assessments are only based on the assessment of the website owner which is subjective and sometimes still does not have a predetermined standard. So that an effective method is needed to make an assessment on a website in accordance with predetermined criteria. This study aims to evaluate the performance of the government website (E-Government) of Purbalingga Regency using the Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process (FAHP) and Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) methods. The AHP method uses a pairwise comparison matrix in carrying out weighting calculations. However, this method is considered to have subjectivity in assessing criteria, so Fuzzy logic is used to solve this problem. The results of calculations using the FAHP and SAW methods, namely from 18 official websites, the first rank is the DPUPR website, with a performance score of 0.797. While the website with the lowest performance score is the DPMPTSP website, amounting to 0.351. The website that has the highest performance value will be considered as the website that has the best performance and is in accordance with the performance standards as well as the content standards set by the government in the Regulation of the Minister of Communication and Information Technology.
