Abstract

Based on data from BPBD Banyumas Regency in 2016 to 2020 the number of cases of fallen tree disasters has increased, namely 20 cases, 30 cases, 32 cases, 26 cases and 40 cases. In addition, the process of reporting the fallen tree disaster is currently lacking in direction because of the large number of media and the process of recapping fallen tree disaster data is difficult because it is not centralized in one system. Then a fallen tree disaster reporting application based on an android mobile was designed to simplify the process of disaster reporting, disaster management and data recording of fallen tree disasters. This application uses the Waterfall method as a method in developing the system. As for testing the application using blackbox testing and UAT testing. Application testing is carried out on 3 users as users, namely the Community, Admin and Officer. In testing this application using 30 community respondents, 20 Officer respondents and 3 Admin respondents. The results obtained from Blackbox Testing in this application are 100% of the menu can function properly when tested with 3 users. UAT application testing helps the disaster reporting process 90.6% of the community 85% of officers 74.3% admin. Appearance of the menu 88% of the public 82% officers 74.3% admin. The menu in the application can be understood by 91.2% of the public, 89% of officers, 86.6% of admins. The type and size of the font is easy to read by 90% of the public, 87% of the staff, 86.6%. The color of the font used corresponds to 89.3% of the public, 88% of officers, 86.6% of the admin. Applications can be installed 90.6% of the public, 88% of officers, 73.4% of admins. Creating an account does not make it difficult for the community 47.3% and the application menu is in accordance with the needs of the community 87.3% of the community, 89% of officers 73.4% are admin.
