Abstract

Ketenger Adventure is an activity provider or event organizer that focuses on outbound or gathering activities, etc. In its management, it is necessary to have information media that can help the data entry process at any time. Seeing the many obstacles at the time of the activity so that the tourism data report was hampered. These constraints are very influential on decisions handled by managers. Another obstacle is ordering activity schedules that are still manual in the form of a white board, this has an impact on the problem because of the risk of deleting the schedule that has been determined by the customer / visitor so that they have to reschedule the activity time by adjusting customer / visitor orders. Customers / visitors also place orders manually by contacting or coming directly to the location, other than that visitors cannot see the package information provided so they have to ask for brochures from the manager. Based on these problems, a research was carried out "Information System for Website-Based Ketenger Adventure Tour Tickets with the Waterfall Method". Collecting data in this study using observation, interviews and literature studies. The method in system development uses the waterfall method with the stages of Requirements Analysis, System and Software Design, Implementation and Unit Testing, System Integration and Testing, and Use and maintenance (not necessary). The coding of this system uses the programming language PHP, Boostrap and PhpMyAdmin as the database. System testing is carried out using Black Box testing which focuses on system functionality. This research produces an information system that can assist visitors in ordering tickets, make it easier for admins to manage order data, assist the team in viewing activity schedules and assist managers in reporting data.
