Abstract

The existence of information systems now has the potential in terms of processing data as well as processing it into information and of course being able to store data with more capacity. One of the information systems that is currently needed by the community is an information system that can support activities in the health service sector as expected by the community. Kroya II Health Center is a health service unit located in Kroya District, Cilacap Regency. Kroya II Health Center currently comes with a queue number ordering system which is still done conventionally at the Puskesmas location. Puskesmas Kroya II as one of the agencies in the health sector certainly has the will to take advantage of technological developments in an effort to change the flow of the queuing system that was previously conventional, especially in the patient registration section, because it still uses a writing system in the manual register book to record patient registration data. Therefore, a website-based online registration system design was made as an innovation in public services with the Waterfall model system. This model starts from the process of needs analysis, design, implementation, testing and maintenance. After going through the design stage, then the next stage of testing is using the UAT method or User Acceptance Test involving 3 aspects, namely user aspects, system aspects and interaction aspects. This is because the system testing method plays an important role in maintaining the quality of the system that will be made by paying attention to the system needs so that it can run well in accordance with the design design. The results showed that 89% of respondents agreed that the queue number ordering information system was useful and accessible for both patients and puskesmas staff.
