Abstract

Indonesia is the world's 4th coffee exporter with an average contribution of 24.30%. Indonesian coffee exports are not only the form of coffee beans but also the form of processed coffee. The coffee shop business has made rapid progress. The trend of hanging out makes the coffee shop business improve service for customer satisfaction. The quality of service, products, and marketing experience has an important impact in meeting customer satisfaction. Kedai Kopi Kontekstual is a coffee shop located in Banyumas. Kedai Kopi Kontekstual is still in the process of growing and growing. The assets owned by Kedai Kopi Kontekstual are quite large, namely coffee plantations, roasting machines, and human resource. Through these assets Kedai Kopi Kontekstual hopes to increase sales. Limited market conditions make Kedai Kopi Kontekstual need to make a broader marketing network effort. As an effort to develop the Kedai Kopi Kontekstual market requires facilitation of systems in the website that are able to accommodate sales and transaction systems. E-commerce is a form of information exchange process between organizations and stakeholders based on electronic media connected through the internet network. Prototyping methods are software engineering approaches that directly demonstrate how to develop systems simply, giving users access to basic concepts about systems as well as testing. The objectives of website design are marketing media, expanding marketing reach, brandawareness, and increasing potential customers' knowledge of Kedai Kopi Kontekstual. The result of this study is to successfully create an e-commerce website design that suits the needs of Kedai Kopi Kontekstual.
