Abstract

Pusat Pendidikan dan Pelatihan (PUSDIKLAT) has various facilities for its employees to support them in carrying out their duties. Each employee can borrow various items that are the facility. The lending process service is still done manually, this causes the borrowing process to be less effective and impractical, for example when going to make a loan, employees must check the availability of the goods to be borrowed themselves, then recording loan transactions that are still in the form of a book are difficult to access for information. Therefore, an Information System For Borrowing and Managing Goods was built to facilitate the process of borrowing and managing goods. The development of this information system applies a Prototyping software development model. The selection of the Prototyping development model is based on the system development process that involves users, so that user needs can be directly applied to the system. The information system that has been built is tested using the Blackbox method based on equivalence partitions to measure application functionality and the System Usability Scale ( SUS ) test aims to evaluate whether the system is feasible or not to be implemented . The results of the Blackbox test show that all test cases can be run well, while the results of the SUS test give a value of 78, in the good category, so it can be concluded that the application built can be implemented at the General Finance Education and Training Center.
