Abstract

Power Apps is a Microsoft 365 product that can be used to create low-code applications. This research discusses Power Apps-based applications that can support library activities. The analysis in this research is about modeling and system design using UML, and measuring QoE of the aplication using questionnaires. The UML method used is use case diagrams and activity diagrams, and the QoE measurement method is using the results of the questionnaire that has been tested for feasibility based on validity and reliability tests. This research involved 33 students and 3 library admins with 14 question items based on the USE Quistionnaire. Validity test using Pearson correlation, and reliability test using Cronbach Alpha. The results of the feasibility test show that the r value of all items in the Pearson correlation are higher than r table and the Cronbach alpha value are higher than 0.60, and the results of the percentage index on the QoE measurement of each questionnaire item score are higher than 80%. Based on the results of the validity test, all questionnaire items are valid items so they can measure QoE correctly. In the reliability test results, all items are included in the high reliability category so that the question items can be relied on and remain consistent if the measurement is repeated. The results of the QoE measurement show that the questionnaire items include very good criteria, so that the measurable e-Lib application has worked according to the functions and criteria of usefulness, satisfaction, and ease of use Keywords: Power Apps, QoE, Reliability, UML, Validity.
