Abstract

MariBelajar application is an application that can be used as a student learning media that contains learning materials and videos about Microsoft 365, especially about Microsoft Word. This MariBelajar app is designed on the Power Apps platform. To access the MariBelajar application requires an internet connection so that there is a measurement of network performance so that the quality of the network is known in accessing the application. This application performance measurement is done by measuring Quality of Service (QoS) and Quality of Experience (QoE). QoS measurements use Wireshark applications with throughput, delay, jitter, and packet loss as QoS parameters, while QoE measurements use questionnaires on a five-point Mean Opinion Score (MOS) scale. The throughput value obtained on QoS measurements when using the MariBelajar application is 297 Kbps, delay by 34.11 ms, jitter by 34.11 ms, and packet loss by 0.2%. Based on the ITU-T G.1010 standard, packet loss parameters are in a good category, delays are in the excellent category, and jitter is also in the excellent category. Based on the user's assessment of QoE measurements it can be concluded that delays occur in the text, images, and videos in the MariBelajar application, but the quality of images and videos is well received.
