Abstract
In the current security system for motorized vehicles, security is not guaranteed, it can be proven by the reports of motorcycle theft cases which are increasing every year. Therefore the author wants to create an additional security system on motorized vehicles that use the RIFD system and the FINGER PRINT system, which is useful for reducing the occurrence of motorcycle theft, with this security system tool will be placed in the motor vehicle, by using ID CARD and fingerprints , which uses Arduino devices and uses Telegram to provide information and the Antares platform for surveillance functions. By designing the system on the tool, a tool will be created that can reduce the occurrence of motorcycle theft and reduce material losses to motorized vehicle users, and security is guaranteed. From the results of 30 trials of measuring RFID sensors and Fingerprint sensors, it can be concluded that the RFID Reader and Fingerprint sensors are able to send data to the microcontroller properly and the percentage of success is 20% more than 20 tests and the percentage that fails is 0.3%, because when using an RFID card and the correct fingerprint, the microcontroller can read and process for the next command and when using RFID and the wrong fingerprint the microcontroller will send a notification message. The reading distance of the RFID Reader is between 1 to 5 cm. The results of the Throughput parameter are very good with the Throughput value above 100 kbps in accordance with the standards given by TIPHON regarding good QOS standardization.
