Abstract

The rapid development of technology requires information media. Website services are now very much needed and cannot be separated from organizations or companies in terms of services for users or customers. The service of a website needs to be measured to determine the level of user satisfaction and obtain good feedback for service improvement. In making export school product websites made by students when participating in MSIB New Exporter 4.0, there were a lot of errors when loading website pages, a very long time in uploading content, the hyperlink process to the next website or to the next page, and poor quality on the website. website created by MSIB Export School students. In measuring the quality of this website using the Export Indonesia website. Testing on GTMetrix uses two parameters, namely performance metrics and browse timings. From the measurement of website quality, it is known that the average grade of performance of the Indonesian Export website has a score of 87% Grade B (good). A good website loading time on performance metrics is divided into 6 parts, namely (FCP≤0.9s), (SI≤1.3s), (LCP≤1.2s), (TTI≤2.5s), (TBT≤150ms) , and (CLS≤0.1s). In browse timings, the less time is used to load the website, the better the website quality. Otherwise, the website quality is said to be poor.
