Abstract
The development of technology is now getting faster, one of which is internet of things technology which has been widely implemented in everyday life. Indoor workers who have been exposed to cold temperatures for a long time have the potential to become dehydrated due to insufficient water intake due to lack of sensitivity to thirst and water excretion through urine and partly through skin and breathing. This study designed a tool that can function to monitor how much fluid you drink in a day, tell when to drink, and store data on the need for how much water you drink in a day that is connected to an internet connection. One way that can be done to overcome the problem of lack of fluids is to use a microcontroller, load cell, and DHT11 to remind and record how much fluid enters the body. DHT11 data and load cells using the MAF method can reduce the sensor output error, before using the MAF method the error is 2.4% and after using the MAF method it becomes 0.36% and the original load cell output is 0.0051% after using MAF it becomes 0.0028% making the displacement is linear. In addition, the reminder system can work well (100% success rate). the system will work to record every hour how much fluid enters and record the room temperature which will later become data on how much fluid enters the body in a day.
