Abstract

Along with the development of the era, the use of cellular networks is increasing, conditions from 2020 until now many offices are implementing WFH (Work From Home), even in education until now there are still many who apply WFH, this has caused the demand for cellular network services in Indonesia to increase. especially in areas that have not been reached by the network service. The addition of sites in areas that have not been reached by the cellular network is a solution that is used to expand coverage, but the site needs an optimization process to improve the quality of the services that will be provided, the optimization method that will be used is physical tunning. In this study using the ATOLL application for the planning process with the aim of estimating the results before optimization at the site, the drive test process is used to retrieve data after the optimization process in the form of RSRP, SINR data which will later be processed using the Genex Probe, Genex Assistant, and MapInfo with the aim of making more optimal predictions and meeting the KPI target of 70% on the RSRP parameters and SINR parameters at the SKH037 site.
