Abstract

The design of the library guest book dashboard system at BPS is to assist in processing visitor data on the processing staff, by providing an information system in the form of a website that is in the processing section. visitors only need to fill in their personal data according to the guidelines by utilizing the existing website on the device, this website is made with the programming language Hypertext Preprocessor (PHP) is a programming language that uses databases as data processing media. PHP users use MYSQL as a database. The method used to create wesbite is the agile method. In this study, data collection was carried out by interviewing the sources of the BPS Regency of Brebes and in this study the researchers found problems in recording guest data at the BPS Regency of Brebes library still using stationery. Agile methods can be used in making this website with results in accordance with requests from BPS staff of Brebes Regency. For this reason, the creation of a guest book website for the BPS Regency of Brebes has been tested using the black-box testing method through google meet media and direct testing with 7 staff participants. processing. From the results of black box testing, 100% of respondents answered that all functional aspects of the developed system can run in accordance with the design and system requirements.
