Abstract
In the past two years, the world has been experiencing a pandemic due to Covid-19. The emergence of the corona virus pandemic or Covid-19 is able to paralyze the activities of all people who are carried out outside the home. One of the causes of the spread of the corona virus is through the air. Currently, clean air is one of the main things to pay attention to. For workers, the pandemic has made health and safety an increasingly personal issue because it is not only about protecting themselves but also protecting their families and social environment. Air quality monitoring of room conditions is an important factor that needs to be done. This study discusses a prototype of an indoor air quality detector using an ESP8266 microcontroller and an MQ135 sensor connected to the IoT Cloud platform as a monitoring system. This system has the potential to be used as an indoor air quality monitoring system to raise awareness about the importance of healthy air quality. Keywords : Monitoring System, Indoor Air Quality, Internet of Things
