Abstract

More and more delivery order services in big cities make competition even tighter in getting customers. The effort that can be done to get customers and become the best delivery order service in providing services to customers is to know the things expected by customers, and to know customer perceptions of the services provided. Delivery orders can be made in various ways, such as making phone calls to shop owners who can deliver food or via online motorcycle taxis. At PT. Puskomedia Indonesia Kreatif created a project which is called Dumoro, this is Puskomedia's new way to help customers sell online quickly.
