Abstract

Television has become a medium that dominates and is of interest to the Indonesian people. Nowadays, electronic-based mass media is a form of various human activities in search of information. Television presents various themes in an event, such as entertainment, soap operas, music, education, and other information. Many of each region have their own television station with another name for local television stations such as the one in Purwokerto, Banyumas Regency, one of which is Satellite Television. Local television is no less good than national television as data is widely spread in our country. With the existence of local television, it can develop the potential, especially in the field of television media in each region. In a program on a television program, a cameraman is involved. A cameraman (cameraman) is very responsible for all technical aspects of recording a shot. A cameraman knows the different types of cameras. This project aims to find out how to operate the Sony PXW-X70 camera and also the shooting techniques. By using good and correct shooting techniques, it will produce a good appearance.
