Abstract

PT Indonesia Comnets Plus (ICON+) is a subsidiary of PT PLN (unions) that provides information and communication technology services for the public. Not only that, PT ICON+ also deals in the field of applications and websites. One of the currently developed applications is the IOffice+ android app. The purpose of this report is to find that the IOffice+ application functions as expected. This IOffice+ application before it's used by the user requires an application testing. Testing this application is crucial because it is one of the quality assurance for the user. Testing for IOffice+ applications using black box methods for testing and user testing. The results of testing the IOffice+ application for most of the features are fully functional and there is still a bug on the uniform menu while the results derived from the user testing of the IOffice+ application are easy to use. Based on tests already conducted, it is evident that the majority of the menu and features of an IOffice+ application can be used properly and run properly.
