Abstract

The development of technology continues to experience progress, every day new technologies are discovered and developed because of the thinking of humans who want to continue to progress and develop. Technological developments must be followed by knowledge and knowledge that is constantly updated, one form of self-renewal is by attending training, tutorial and seminars, but in a company, the knowledge that has been learned in training, tutorial and seminars need to be tested again to verify employee that can be in a good work.
