Abstract

As one of the internet service providers, PT. SIMS (Sarana Insan Muda Selaras) has an obligation to continue to provide good service to all customers. To be able to provide excellent service quality on the network, it is necessary to have a system that runs to monitor network activity. Often, several problems are found where the disturbance ofsome network devices is only known after a complaint from the user, this becomes a new problem for the company that causes inconvenience to the customer which will have a bad impact on the company's image. There is also a problem where network technicians are not always on site because they are handling problems at another user's place. So we need a Network Monitoring System application to be able to monitor network devices in real time and can keep logs of traffic passing through the network. With the help of the MatsApp Gold application, it can provide a warning via sound or image when the monitored device and system services are down.Keyword: Network Monitoring System, Whatsup Gold
