Abstract

PT. Telekomunikasi Indonesia” Plasa Telkom Pangkalan Bun is one of the internet service providers in Pangkalan Bun, Central Kalimantan. Fast and affordable internet is provided to meet the needs of a better internet for the people. The availability of digital services that provide a variety of home internet, landlines and interactive TV and has a choice of packages for all the needs needed by the community, the digital service is the indiHome service which has spread throughout Indonesia. IndiHome services use a fiber optic network using fiber optic cables that have transmission lines made of very smooth glass or plastic. The advantage of using fiber optic compared to using wireless is that the fiber optic cable used can deliver data with a larger capacity of up to gigabytes per second. Besides, Customer Care is also very emphasized to maintain customer loyalty. Customer Care is a way to maintain a brand or product with good and quality offers so that it influences customers to keep using. To increase IndiHome products, one way to increase sales is by Boosting Digital Sales Marketing to create soft selling so that many customers will later see and be interested in the products offered.Keywords : IndiHome Service, Fiber optic, Customer Care, Digital Sales Marketing
