Abstract

Backoffice is the distribution of the organizational structure in a company that takes care of the work behind the company and does not interact directly or serve clients. With the role of handling sales reports, financial and administrative issues, and providing information services to consumers, which are communicated through frontoffice. PT. Binaartha Sekuritas is a company that provides services to invest in the capital market under the supervision of the Financial Services Authority (OJK). The rapid growth and development of the capital market in Indonesia, making the addition of clients also increase rapidly. Writing methods are carried out, among others: interviews, namely between the author and field supervisors and the IT Staff team to deepen the required system workflow and design it. Then a literature study is conducted, by learning how to use the system and its application that suits the needs of the system in the office. Websites are built using the ASP.NET Core framework and UI using the Blazor framework. The result of research is a web system that can store client and sales data into a database. The conclusion is that the backoffice website is a website to manage client and sales data that is safe and can be accessed through mobile and desktop device browsers. There has been a trial of the website conducted by the author with the IT staff team, the website can run in accordance with the command and can display the data needed by the backoffice division. Suggestions from researchers for the website system to be added report features. Improvements to the NavMenu section and further improvements and development are made so that the website can run optimally. Keywords: Backoffice, Website, ASP.NET Core, Blazor
