Abstract
Technology and information systems have become a very important components for the success of businesses and organizations. Information technology is used to support product development, customer support processes, e-commerce transactions, or in other business activities. For this reason, PT Media Sarana Data (GMedia) developed a website that can manage complaints about obstacles experienced by consumers in order to improve service. Then the Network Operation Center System (NOCS) website was was created which would later be used to manage complaints which were handled directly by the company. This website has features that are useful for customers because the complaints will be directly handled by the technician. NOCS was implemented with Laravel as the website framework and Postgresql as the Database Management System. So that with this website, it is expected to be a booster in improving service to customers in buying products. Keyword : Website, NOCS, Laravel, Postgresql
