Abstract

PT Pertamina Persero is a company engaged in manufacturing oil and gas mining. In these production activities there are several pipes that are used as access to move raw materials from one tank to another, in the process of pipe installation, work accidents often occur that befall workers, resulting in injuries or injuries. This study aims to identify the hazards of work accidents in the installation and A53B type pipe replacement. The method used in this research is Hirarc (Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment and Risk Control). work with low risk of potential hazard. From the results of the analysis, it is required to use PPE (personal protective equipment) according to standards and the type of work performed, the obligation to do work in accordance with company SOPs, check all equipment to be used
