Abstract
Public service is basically an organization's efforts, either directly or indirectly, to meet needs with good services. Information that can be accessed by the public requires fast and timely information, including information services in the village. Panda is product by Puskomedia which is continuously being developed to provide convenience for government-based services. In this Fieldwork Practices Report, the author discusses the work process, activities and implementation of tasks ranging from finding bugs to upgrading the website version.
