Abstract

At this time the development of information systems has provided enormous benefits for the government. Institutional website development and computer-based government information system development is one of the uses of information technology. With the rapid development of Information Systems, organizational data can be processed quickly and easily, so that the required organizational information can be obtained accurately and quickly when the report is presented. Inter-Regional Mutation Information System Design (SIAMANDA) Using UML is a development standard for designing a system that will be created and implemented according to the flow made. This design is used to create a system that is in the Tangerang Regency Government Scope. The purpose of making this system is to facilitate the services that have been running by designing the Inter-Regional Transfer Administration Information System (SIAMANDA) using UML at Diskominfo Kab. Tangerang. And with the design of this system at Diskominfo Kab. Tangerang is able to improve the knowledge and performance of the State Civil Apparatus (ASN) in the Application/Web field. The data source used is the Manual Book and interviews with state civil servants (ASN). In designing this system, several UML diagrams are needed as a support for presenting the system. Such as Use Case Diagrams, Activity Diagrams, and Class Diagrams. In designing this system, so this system is to make it easier for ASN to do permutations so that it is not troublesome and more ef icient. In the future, all ASN can understand and use this system to apply for permutations. Keywords: information system, mutation, ASN
