Abstract
One of the means of communication with the internet is the use of a website. Information technology in the form of a website has also been used at the Medan City Communication and Information Of ice as a means of disseminating information to the public. the quality of information and the quality of information services using the WebQual 4.0 method as the measurement method. The results that can show usefulness produce an average agree of 18%, Information Quality produces an average agreement of 19%, and the Quality of Service Interaction produces an average agree of 19 % that the quality of the website of the Medan City Information and Communications Service is quite good.
