Abstract

The library is one of the public service institutions that have a strategic role in the context of the intellectual life of the nation. Every library in each region provides services to the community. Following the all-digital era, for example, with the INLIS Lite website owned by libraries in every region in Indonesia. Where with the website, it can facilitate all types of employee work and also facilitate the affairs of visitors in completing their needs. As a website that provides services, the performance of the website is very important and its usefulness needs to be considered. This study explains in detail how the condition of the INLIS Lite Arpusda Banyumas website from various contexts. The purpose and benefits of this research are to analyze the condition of the website in detail regarding problems during operation, as well as provide recommendations to overcome these obstacles in order to improve the quality of the website in the future. This study uses the PIECES (Performance, Information, Economic, Control, Efficiency, Service) research method. By using this method, you can measure in detail the performance of the INLIS Lite website. The results of the study show that the INLIS Lite website has a fairly good performance but still needs improvement because some menus are still not usable.
