Abstract

The use of mobile applications is said to be more effective and efficient because of the ease in accessing and delivering information. Along with the high level of mobility, in the last few years there has been a rise in mobile devices or mobile devices. One of the functions of the Wonosobo Regency Communication and Information Office is processing websites and applications in the form of mobile needed to support more up-to-date information. Making applications to solve problems that exist within the scope of the Regional Work Units (SKPD) in Wonosobo Regency. Therefore, it is necessary to build a back-end android application, namely e-tickets, e-tickets themselves, applications for officers from the Wonosobo Regency Communication and Information Office, e-tickets. Existing problems will be inputted through the website of the Wonosobo Regency Communication and Information Office by each user, namely SKPD in Wonosobo Regency, existing problems will be inputted in the database and connected to the application. Application development using Flutter with the .dart programming language. The results of this Field Work/Practice Work (PKL) are in the form of a back-end system for the Wonosobo Regency e-ticket application for officers to handle problems entered through the website. The conclusion from the results of this street vendor is to carry out the task of developing the back-end of the e-ticket application for the Wonosobo Regency Communication and Information Office using Flutter, the application is for officers to solve problems that are inputted through the website so that these problems are quickly handled and the information submitted is always up to date. There is a function to view all the problem data lists that have been inputted from the website. All officers have their respective data lists according to the user's choice for which officer will solve the problem. Keywords: Flutter, Android, back-end
