Abstract

The INLIS Lite Online Public Access Catalog (OPAC) is one of the features on the Inlislite V3 website belonging to the Banyumas Archives and Library Service which functions as a means of retrieving information that provides information about library collections. With the existence of this OPAC, it is hoped that visitors / users will find it easier to find the collection of books needed. In fact, what was found at the OPAC of the Banyumas Arpusda Service in searching for information was inaccurate, and the location information on the OPAC was also not in accordance with the available shelves in the library. In addition, websites that are quite slow in searching make visitors prefer to look for their collections directly on the shelves rather than using the OPAC website. Therefore, researchers want to know how the performance of OPAC is then analyzed using PIECES analysis (performance, information, economic, control, efficiency, service). This analysis is used to assess the operational procedures and performance of the OPAC website. The method used is field research (field research) which is a research that is carried out in real life or objects. Based on it, it was found that the OPAC website has a fairly good rating. However, there are still shortcomings in several aspects such as the Information and Control aspects. The test results can be used by website developers for OPAC services to improve information on the appearance of the website and improve information security.
