Abstract

The office in Tegal district is one of the targeted places to be used as street vendors, so many of the students send application letters for street vendors at the relevant agencies. Handling problems that occur in all offices in Tegal Regency are still using the manual system. The system is carried out by checking student or vocational registrar data and registering students/students who will be accepted and those who have been received at the relevant department one by one. The purpose of this Field Work Practice Report is to analyze the design of a website-based PKL Electronic system for all Offices in Tegal Regency which is expected to facilitate the Office in accepting and registering PKL for SMK students. This design analysis uses PIECES analysis which consists of Performance, Information, Economy, Control, Efficiency, and Service. This analysis was developed by James Waterbe to analyze manual and computerized systems and solve problems that occur in a system. The results of the website-based PKL Electronic system design in all offices in Tegal Regency are expected to be able to overcome problems that occur in companies in processing student data / incoming and outgoing students. It is hoped that the E-PKL system design analysis report for further research can be implemented into an E-PKL information system for all offices in Tegal Regency. Based on the design analysis using the PIECES method in this report, it can be concluded that the system designed makes it easier for students who want to register at the Tegal Regency office online without having to go directly to the official office.
