Abstract

The Department of Transportation of Cilacap Regency is one of the government agencies that has implemented Information and Communication Technology (ICT) following the times. Therefore, the Department of Transportation of Cilacap Regency created a website to assist the duties of employees and facilitate customers. After doing research, the researcher found that there were shortcomings on the website, namely the malfunction of the feature to check the KIR schedule. Therefore, the researcher decided to solve this problem by using the Prototype method as the system development method. The Prototype method is suitable because it saves time in system development. Data collection methods in this study include observation and literature study. In addition, the determination of advantages is also easier to realize. Then, the researcher also use the bootstrap framework to create a front-end website because it is easier and faster. Keywords: Website, Prototype Model, Dinas Perhubungan, Bootstrap
