Abstract

As a telecommunications company in Indonesia, PT.Telkom Witel Purwokerto is trying to install an Indihome network on SDNs that are experiencing internet network dif iculties. This distance measurement aims to determine the distance between SDN and ODP is not more than 300m so that Telkom Witel will install the internet network at that location. The SIIS website is very useful for PT. Telkom Witel Purwokerto and very helpful for the technicians to be able to find out the distance between the SDN and the nearest ODP. The writing method used is by conducting interviews with related parties and reviewing the literature by reading and taking data related to journals or similar research. The results of this measurement are 11 public elementary schools that can be reached by the nearest ODP, namely the Gumelar area as many as 3 elementary schools, the Jatilawang area as many as 3 elementary schools, and the Kalibagor area as many as 5 elementary schools. The conclusion from the measurement results is that there are 11 public elementary schools where a site survey will be carried out by the technician so that the installation of internet network access will be carried out immediately. For public elementary schools that are not covered by ODP (Optical Distribution Point), a PT2 plan or a PT3 plan will be implemented. Keywords: ODP, SIIS Website, Telkom, Indihome
