Abstract

Website-based public services are an important part in promoting the success of government agencies, therefore it is important to measure it in order to determine the quality of the usability of the website itself. Measuring the level of usability of the DINPORABUDPAR Culture website in Banyumas Regency is the purpose of this study. This convenience test can utilize the Usability Testing technique which has 5 part perspectives, to be specific Learnability, Efficiency, Memorability, Errors and statisfaction. The general aftereffects of respondents' answers can be found at 82.77 and 17.22 can't be found, so from these outcomes it very well may be ordered as fruitful.
