Abstract

Cilacap District Communication and Information Office is one of the local government organizers who serve the community in the field of Communication and Information for the people of Cilacap. Therefore, it takes a society that is open to technological developments, especially in students and academics who have an interest in the field of Communication and Information Technology. Therefore, by giving students the opportunity to undertake FieldWork Practices allows organizations to discover new ideas such as the design that the author proposes. The methods of data collection in this study include literature studies, observations and interviews. Literature studies are conducted by looking for sources that support design. Observation is done by looking for applications or websites similar to those that the author designed. The interview was conducted by asking the source a question. The working author didi during the field work practice was as an IT Consultan who helped design and provide ideas related to the levy system. The result of the field work practice are in the form of a level 0 bussiness process planning to the design of a mockup of a regional levy withdrawal application. The conclusion of writing this report is that the design of the digital platform thet the author proposes is expected to provide result and benefits of the Cilacap Communication and Information Technology, especially in the field of informatics development. With the design of this platforms, the author hopes to help the local government by providing ideas regarding the design of applications ti collect/ withdraw retribution for sport recreation area.
