Abstract

In the world of communication and information that is growing rapidly at this time, one of which is the existence of an information system that helps retribution in an area. An information system is a system whose activities involve humans and technology to support management and operational activities. The Department of Communication and Information (Diskominfo) of Cilacap Regency gives the author the task of designing an application to reduce or avoid illegal collection in urban and rural areas. The methods used in this study are qualitative methods, interview methods, library methods, and literature studies to find data and references when encountering problems. While the Business Process Modeling Natation (BPMN) method is used to create a level 0 business process that is needed to create a retribution design system that will be created. The purpose of implementing this Field Work Practice (PKL) is to create a design for a Clean and Garbage Retribution system for Cilacap Regency in order to create an ef ective and ef icient retribution payment service. Based on the results of the design of the withdrawal of the Cleanliness and Garbage Retribution in Cilacap Regency, it can be concluded that the design built can provide assistance and reference for the Department of Communication and Information (Diskominfo) of Cilacap Regency, especially in the field of informatics development.
