Abstract

In the world of communication and technology that will develop rapidly in 2021, information system facilities are very much needed to help retribution in an area. A special parking levy is a levy imposed on parking services that have been used, provided or owned which are managed by the local government. With this Field Work Practice, it is to design a special parking levy system for Cilacap Regency in order to create effective and efficient payment services. The data collection method that the author uses is interviews and literature to find data and references when we encounter a problem. With interviews, the author knows what the complaints are when paying retribution to the regions and an overview to facilitate and simplify the payment of retribution. While the Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN) method is used to create a level 0 business process that is needed to create a system for designing the levy system that will be made. Our first job was ordered by DISKOMINFO to channel each of our ideas to create a business process design with a clear and easy to understand flow. After making the business process design, it is continued by designing the display, here the author designs one that is very easy to use and does not make it difficult for those who use this service. Based on the results of the design of the withdrawal of the Special Parking Retribution in Cilacap Regency, it can be concluded that the design built can provide a reference for the Department of Communication and Information (Diskominfo) of Cilacap Regency, especially in the field of informatics development.
