Abstract
ABSTRACT From year to year the number of internet users in Indonesia is getting more and more. The need for internet access also means an increase in bandwidth requirements larger than usual. With increasing bandwidth it is also necessary for devices with large data processing capacity as well. The device is metro ethernet or commonly called metro. This device connects between the user device and the core network. To maintain the performance of Metro Ethernet devices remain optimal, required a maintenance or maintenance activities, or so-called Preventive Maintenance.
