Abstract

The Department of Youth and Sports Tourism (Disparpora) of Mojokerto Regency has an important role to create order or maximum service, especially in the tourism sector. This arrangement can be seen from the Strategic Plan (Renstra) which is used as a reference in policy making and decision making. The main focus of this report is related to the analysis of internal business processes that aim to improve quality and quality by knowing the weaknesses and strengths of Disparpora. This report is expected to obtain results that can be used as a reference in the preparation of the Strategic Plan. The writing method used is observation by directly observing all activities in Disparpora. In addition, a literature review was carried out by reading and studying similar journals/researches as well as taking data and observing the official website of the Mojokerto Regency Disaparpora. PKL activities that last for one month are placed in the Secretariat which has the task of assisting the administrative processes in the Disparpora. It is known that the main activities of Disparpora consist of 4 fields, namely Tourism, Youth, Sports, and Culture. Business process analysis is done by mapping the processes in it using Value Chain. Then describe the business process using BPMN. Furthermore, the SWOT method will know its strengths and weaknesses. The results of the analysis that have been carried out can be seen that the advantages of the business process lie in the support, facilities, facilities and infrastructure for the development of tourism, youth, sports, and culture. While the weakness that needs to be improved is the promotion so that it is increasingly known outside the region. Suggestions for implementing street vendors can further analyze internal business processes using other methods, such as the Critical Success Factors (CSF) or Balanced Score Card (BSC) methods.
