Abstract

All kinds of information that people support events and all forms of events that are happening now are very easy to obtain. The public is no longer confused about finding various information such as political, economic, social, criminal issues and others. Because of the mass information media, namely television. Television is a medium that delivers audio-visual messages in the form of information in a video program. The growth of television both in cities and in the regions has increased rapidly, thus empowering and growing local television in various regions in Indonesia, as a medium for developing the potential of their respective regions. One of the local televisions in Banyumas Regency is Satelit TV. News programs are the main advantage for television stations, and become the identity of each television station. In making broadcast programs on television media, it cannot be separated from the production and editing process which aims to create and compile a television program so that it can be enjoyed by the audience, thus an editor is needed to re-edit the video that has been produced in accordance with the provisions of the code of ethics on a television media.
