Abstract

Technology that continues to evolve makes the need for data storage continues to experience updates to the technology system so that the process is more efficient and faster for data processing. With the creation of an administrative system for incoming and outgoing mail, it is hoped that it can make it easier to record incoming and outgoing letters at the Youth, Sports, Culture and Tourism Office of Banyumas Regency. Data collection was done by means of interviews and literature study. Making an administrative system using Visual Studio Code and XAMPP as supporting tools The result of digitizing the recording of incoming and outgoing mail is more efficient and more effective than manually. This system only focuses on incoming mail data input and outgoing letter input not on the user interface, so the display is still very simple.
