Abstract

Television is a medium to convey audio visual information messages in a program with video. In the Broadcasting Law no. 32 of 2002, each region has the opportunity to have local television. Television is a broadcast media that can still compete with other media so it can be used as a medium development potential of the area. Satelit TV is one of the local television in Banyumas. Located in Purwokerto, Satelit TV can be broadcast in the region of Barlingmascakeb. Television has two kinds of broadcast programs, news programs and entertainment in the form of a program that is live broadcast and in the form of a rebroadcast or rerun. Master Control Room (MCR) to be the core of the operating, preparation, and delivery of a television broadcast either live or rebroadcast. The production of live programs is done in two stages, namely the stage of pre-production, production stages, and post production stage without any editing process. Sinau Bareng Satelit TV (SIBAS) is a program initiated by the Department of Education and Culture Purbalingga performed live on television and youtube with the goal of increasing the desire of student learning, in particular in the Regency of Purbalingga.
