Abstract

The times that are progressed in every day give big changes to our social life. All of the aspects in our lives are run into modernization proses so that can be able to be competitive for one and another. Of course, to keep pace with the current acceleration of modernization we should take a step by giving an education continuously to all of the society. Notoaturan is a website that represents legal aid and bridges the advocate and the society as a step for giving an easy and comfortness for legal access, especially for village society. To collect the data and information is by two ways which are by an interview and study literature. Developing the website using a framework which is CodeIgniter with PHP the programming language also MySQL databases and it is running on a local server that called localhost. The result obtained is a website that is easy to access wherever, whenever and it is user-friendly also solutions to the problems of legal aid.
