Abstract

The practical work course (KP) is a compulsory subject that is carried out in even semesters for students of the Telkom Purwokerto Institute of Technology. The implementation of practical work is so that the author gains insight into the real world of work, can solve a problem according to procedures and can have a sense of responsibility for the tasks that have been given so that they are done as well as possible. KP is implemented at PT.Telkom Access WITEL Tasikmalaya, especially in the CCAN division, aims to help customers who experience complaints of internet disturbances so that customers are satisfied with the performance and service at Witel Tasikmalaya. The task given by the field supervisor to the author is checking wifi speed which is under the supervision of Witel Tasikmalaya and assisting technicians in configuring, monitoring problematic wifi attenuation using the ACS web-based application platform.
