Abstract

Youth, Sports, Culture, and Tourism office (DINPORABUDPAR) Banyumas Regency is a government office that operates in four fields. Like government office in general, DINPORABUDPAR has implemented information technology such as the DINPORABUDPAR website and tax data collection information system. However, on a daily basis, this agency still uses a manual system for several jobs, such as data collection of incoming and outgoing mail. For much incoming and outgoing mail, there can be errors in recording and it is difficult to find suitable data when needed. Based on these problems, it is necessary to have a system to record incoming and outgoing mail to make it easier, more effective, and efficient. The system is a website-based system built natively and using the NiceAdmin template. It is hoped that with this system the data collection activities of incoming and outgoing mail will be more effective and efficient.
