Abstract

PT. INDONESIA COMNETS PLUS (ICON +) is a subsidiary of PT. PLN (Persero) which is engaged in telecommunications. As an internet service provider company, this company is also responsible for providing the best for customers. PT. INDONESIA COMNETS PLUS (ICON +) provides an efficient internet installation service with a fiber optic connection called stroomnet. At this writing the author uses a CRM website, on the CRM website there are all customer information that stores customer data who subscribe to stroomnet. For CRM websites, it can only be accessed using office wifi or if you want to use it you must use an office VPN.
