Abstract

Data validation is importat in companies, especially in the telecommunication sector. Considering there are many things that depend on existing data, both in terms of the system and to order devices in the fiels. From a number practical work reports that have discussed data validation in this same field, there is still something that needs to be added, namely how to do data validation from the system side. The existence of this practicum report is expended to be able to complete the previous practical work report. The data validation technique is done by using a way to monitor the difference in online status on existing IP addresses in accordance with the name of the ODP (Optical Distribution Panel) and the ONT (Optical Network Termination) vendor used. These changes will be record by the helpdesk during the data validation proccess. Valid device data will be summarized in an existing format so that it can be accessed by various other divisions so that the new installation process, maintenance, and preventive actions can be carried out smoothly.
